This agreement was made effective as of _______________ by and between My Day Gardens and

The clients represent that they desire to hold a wedding on ________________________________ at My Day Gardens.
Therefore, the parties agree as follows:

- Date Changes: In the event the client is forced to change to the date of the wedding every effort will be made by My Day Gardens to transfer reservations to support the new date.
The client agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client further understands that last minute change can impact the quality of the event and that My Day Gardets is not responsible for the compornised in quality.
- Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation of the wedding or special event, all payments made to date are non refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately, the amount being time sensitive

Marriage License: The “Client” fully understands that the State requires that a valid New Hampshire marriage license be presented to the Officiant PRIOR to the scheduled start time of the ceremony. The “JP” agrees to arrive no later than 20 minutes to the start of the event. If a valid marriage license, issued from any NH town clerk is not presented, the Officiant cannot perform a legally valid marriage ceremony.
Payment: “Client” agrees to pay the “JP in the amount of $_____, cash. This payment will be hand delivered to the “JP on the date of service.
Refund: The “JP” agreed and acknowledges that their license is and will be in good standing on the date of _______________ in the state of NH. If licensing proves to be fake/invalid at any time, the “Client” shall be entitled to a full refund.
